The Negotiation For Peace >>
~Sarah Cheung
By nature, I love
romantic movies. Surprisingly I find some very ¡§man¡¨ movies more
exciting.
Most of these movies
involve a lot of pain, struggle, violence and brainy decisions. These
movies include ¡§God Father¡¨, ¡§The Last Castle¡¨ (I watched this 3
times), ¡§The Departed¡¨, ¡§Negotiation¡¨ and so on. I loved the most and
was most haunted by ¡§Elizabeth¡¨.
I love to see the
patience, the endurance and the ¡§combined¡¨ spirits of the human souls
in ¡§The Last Castle¡¨. I also love the harmony of the human
collaboration, the mystery of the struggle for one¡¦s freedom in ¡§The
Departed¡¨.
I checked on my
astrology chart for my past life reading. It often said that I was a
war general who commanded the great army. I still couldn¡¦t believe it.
Therefore, I checked many times.
It is difficult to
imagine myself as a man. However, there is a bottomless of nostalgic
longing to those deep mountain landscapes which is often the setting
for the ancient wars. There was usually an overwhelming emotion
expanding my heart whenever I saw that kind of landscape. I often
wonder why. That emotion and feeling is stronger than the rush of a
¡§crush¡¨. Sometimes I couldn¡¦t breathe under that kind of emotion. It
is often deeply painful, yet also deeply haunting and deeply uplifting
at the same time.
Perhaps it was NEVER
the war that intrigued me. Perhaps it WAS my negotiation for PEACE
WITH THE UNKNOWN that I ¡§lived for¡¨ stubbornly and determinately.
Who isn¡¦t?
Was I a war general
with a feminine body?
I wish!!!

May Love Be Loved >>
~Sarah Cheung
Arrogance is always
something that exists by the evil riches among this generation. You
should be worried for the education that the world is teaching this
generation.
Frustration is an
added enemy to this education. There is so much anger in this world
that our next generation would indefinitely bear the conflicts and
unfinished businesses among us.
I hope in face of
this overwhelming confusion to educate our children over this speedily
changing world, there is a new idea to teach our children which would
catch up with this new world. Seriously, a lot of things have to be
changed, owing to our love to our children.
I learn this quickly
simply because my family¡¦s tradition is largely different from mine,
who happens to be ¡§someone who should be living in the future or
another world¡¨.
The pain is mine,
which also means that it is my duty to merge the gap of these two
generations. No matter how much I hate it as I am someone who drives
for freedom for every moment instead of responsibility, it is clear to
me that ¡§faith¡¨ have destroyed my disgust to this duty.
It would be
intelligent to secure our combined effort over some ¡§accepted¡¨
standards first. Then we could hire the ¡§worried¡¨ strategies that
failed among the competition between the new concepts and the old. The
key is to use our ¡§intuition¡¨ to apply these concepts smoothly,
comfortably, quietly and peacefully.
Absolutely avoid
VIOLENCE.
Our first target is
to ¡§gently¡¨ open the pain from the old concepts. By facing our failure
as much as we can, we can get over it and go to next level
successfully. Secondly, the past failure invites us to new
breakthroughs by our competition to prevent it. With these
breakthroughs we could take the next steps to improve our ¡§spiritual
understanding¡¨ so our intuition could be secured. It is very important
to achieve this. As I said previously, our intuition is the strength
to combine ¡§these two generations into ONE¡¨.
Honorably and
inevitably intrigued, I am hoping I would become a service to help our
children successfully fit into a new program of the education which
must be changed. I decided already it is my quiet truth to work hard
for this goal over my alliance with many of us who eagerly desire to
end the difficulty under this situation ¡§by escape¡¨. There must be one
day that we will finally come together and we don¡¦t have to escape
anymore.
May love be loved!

<<The Eyes That Cried Are Beautiful>>
~Sarah Cheung
Someone asked me
who I think is ¡§beautiful¡¨. I said none.
There is no way
for me to think of anyone beautiful unless I know him/her, really
really know that person. Features to me means NO beauty. I have no
reaction to any facial features or body figures. It is one¡¦s soul that
shines on the face that looks beautiful to me. Sadly, most human on
this earth looks quite ¡§soulless¡¨.
I would think the
eyes that cried are beautiful. I would also think ¡§mystery¡¨ with
strength and integrity is beautiful. I would also think the heartbeat
of ¡§controlled¡¨ shivering when one is held is beautiful. I would think
¡§silence¡¨ with ¡§words¡¨ on the eyes is beautiful.
I definitely think the consideration, the thought, the sacrifice, the
patience and the deep kindness towards others under the most
undesirable situation is beautiful.
I would think
beauty is not something words can describe. Mostly, it is feeling, a
timeless feeling that betrays all limits of time, space, human
intelligence and most of all something that we would trade everything
for with all our heart, our soul and our mind.
